My name is GP aka @gpmusicworld on instagram. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and I am a UCF alumni. GO KNIGHTS! I currently reside in Costa Mesa, California where I am a professional graphic designer and aspiring singer and songwriter. In my free time I enjoy working out, balling on the basketball court, or hanging out with my friends. Also I am a frozen yogurt addict.

Singer-Songwriter, GP (GPMUSICWORLD) was born in Miami, FL. His first brushes with music were in church where he played played many instruments including the drums and piano. He didn't tap into singing until 2002 when he was selected by members of the Bobby Jones Gospel Choir to form a new and hip gospel group entitled David. GP spent two years molding and honing his singing skills. In 2005 at the University of Central Florida, GP met a producer named Theo Hammond (Yung Mejah) who was interested after hearing his music being played in a local Orlando studio. The two would pair together to make GP's debut album Microphones & Music which introduced GP as a radio-friendly R&B singer. Soon he would follow up with Mr. Neva Late, a mix-tape the artist used to showcase his melodic singing and rapping ability. GP would also be featured on local rising rap group 3 Tardz Racks on Racks remix. Taking a brief stint to concentrate and develop a new lane GP would release his sophomore album Realer in 2017. A deeper and more freer look at music. He also moved to Los Angeles to pursue music more passionately. To date, he has continued to release singles Who You Lovin and No Questions.
